Despite limited focus on online to date (while retail has been the priority), the DTC channel has continued to deliver significant growth, so there’s incredible potential and with the right person taking ownership and giving it the attention it deserves, there’s a massive opportunity to really supercharge the online business.
The Role
As Growth Lead, you’ll own the end-to-end management of the D2C website, apps (tech stack) and agencies, optimising the full funnel customer journey to maximise growth and conversion. You’ll be the driving force behind the online sales strategy, leveraging data, creativity, and a challenger mindset to disrupt the market and build brand loyalty.

The person
The role is remote, but the team meets up twice a month in South West London so you must be based in the UK and able to comfortably travel to the London office (travel expenses covered).
