Key Responsibilities: Creative Design & Production: Design and produce high-quality visual assets, including key visuals, banners, and promotional graphics for social media and e-commerce platforms. Adapt master product packaging designs for SKU expansion. Partner with marketing and commercial teams to deliver engaging, brand-aligned creatives. Tailor visuals for specific platforms across social media, CRM, and online marketplaces. Branding & Visual Consistency: Maintain consistency across all creative work in line with brand guidelines and tone of voice. Develop new templates and creative strategies that align with target audience preferences. Iterate and enhance designs based on feedback and performance data. Asset Management: Organize and manage design files within the company SharePoint for easy team access. Optimize graphics for web and mobile formats, ensuring compliance with technical specifications. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably within social media, e-commerce, or the beauty/cosmetics industry. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD). Strong grasp of design trends, especially in fashion, beauty, and online retail. Detail-oriented with expertise in color, typography, and layout. Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry is a strong plus. Preferred: Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) for animated and short-form video content creation.
