Job Description This is a remote position. The Opportunity: Pentoz is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our global design team. In this fully remote role, you will create compelling visuals that bring our digital products, marketing campaigns, and brand identity to life. You’ll work across diverse industries, helping shape how customers experience our platforms and communications. This role is ideal for someone who blends artistic sensibility with strong technical execution, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to contribute to meaningful, high-impact creative projects. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop visual assets for web, social media, email campaigns, product UI/UX, presentations, and digital ads Create consistent, on-brand graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various platforms and media Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to conceptualize and deliver design solutions that align with business goals Prepare production-ready files for print and digital deployment Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive look and feel across all visual content Edit photos, create mockups, and generate prototypes or wireframes as needed Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure modern and fresh output Required Qualifications: 1-2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency, product, or tech environment Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and Figma or similar design tools Solid portfolio showcasing a range of design work (branding, marketing, digital assets, etc.) Understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and responsive design principles Ability to interpret creative briefs, take feedback constructively, and meet tight deadlines Excellent communication and organizational skills Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) Preferred Qualifications: Experience with motion graphics and animation tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and experience designing for digital products or SaaS platforms Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS or design-to-development handoff best practices Experience in designing for global audiences across multiple languages and cultures Exposure to branding, product packaging, or video editing is a plus What We Offer: Remote-first culture with flexibility in work hours Opportunity to work on a wide variety of creative projects with global reach Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Access to a team of passionate professionals and constant upskilling opportunities Career growth path into Art Director, UX/UI Designer, or Creative Lead roles About Pentoz: Pentoz is an innovation-driven tech company focused on delivering transformative digital solutions across sectors such as IT services, product development, staffing, hospitality, and media.
