We’re seeking a talented Graphic Designer/Photo Editor to support marketing initiatives and buyer’s agent admin tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your creative and organizational skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Photo Editing
Create visually stunning templates for flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials.
Develop new marketing materials based on specific briefs while maintaining brand consistency.
Edit and enhance photos for marketing and promotional purposes.
Design digital and social media marketing content, ensuring high-quality visuals.
Produce high-quality design work, including web page layouts and graphic design.
Marketing & Branding
Review and adhere to branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
Design materials for NGU functions, including PowerPoint presentations, invitations, and more.
Implement visual content on websites, including landing pages, seasonal campaigns, and promotional offers.
Work on merchandising and ongoing offers to enhance customer engagement.
Administrative & Collaboration
Assist with buyer’s agent admin tasks and social media marketing support.
Perform housekeeping tasks on the website to maintain accuracy and up-to-date content.
Liaise with printers and key stakeholders for specific design projects.
Collaborate with the team to meet design and marketing objectives efficiently.
Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Canva and other graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software).
Strong photo editing skills to produce professional, high-quality visuals.
Experience in social media marketing and digital content creation.
Excellent understanding of branding guidelines and visual storytelling.
Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail with a focus on producing polished, professional work.
Ability to liaise effectively with printers, stakeholders, and team members.
Experience with website content management and merchandising is a plus.
