The VSL Video Editor at Enclave BioActives

We're looking for talented VSL Video Editors who understand that editing is more than making videos look good. Great VSL editors understand psychology, storytelling, pacing, emotion, and direct response marketing.

Your job is to keep viewers engaged, reinforce key selling points, build credibility, maintain momentum, and ultimately help convert attention into action.

We're hiring both full-time editors and project-based freelance editors as we continue to scale our creative production team.

What You'll Own

VSL Production & Editing

• Edit long-form and short-form direct response video content for health and wellness brands.
• Transform scripts, voiceovers, and creative briefs into engaging, high-converting video assets.
• Create edits that maintain viewer attention while supporting the overall sales narrative.

Storytelling & Viewer Engagement

• Use pacing, pattern interrupts, visual storytelling, graphics, captions, animations, sound design, and b-roll strategically to maximize engagement.
• Understand when to slow down, speed up, emphasize, simplify, or create emotional impact.
• Help bring ideas to life in a way that feels compelling and natural.

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with our internal team to ensure your output hits our definition of quality
• Incorporate feedback efficiently and maintain high quality across multiple rounds of revisions.

You're a Fit If...

• You have direct experience editing VSLs for eCom brands, ideally in the health & wellness and supplements space
• You understand how to keep viewers engaged throughout a sales presentation.
• You have strong storytelling instincts and know how to create emotional impact through editing.
• You understand pacing, retention, visual hierarchy, and viewer psychology.
• You can take feedback professionally and implement revisions quickly.
• You are highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• You care about performance, not just aesthetics.
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and production targets.
• You are constantly improving your craft and studying what works in the marketplace.
• You care more about results than creative ego.

Technical Requirements

• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Frame.io, Google Drive, Dropbox
• Strong internet connection and ability to handle large video files.
