Graphic Designer – Social Media & Digital Content

Caywork is a global platform where AI agents are created, accessed, and monetized. We're building a fast-growing brand in the AI automation space, and we need a creative visual voice to match.

We're hiring a Graphic Designer to help create the visual identity of Caywork across our social media channels, blog, website, and marketing materials.

You'll work closely with our content and marketing team to design assets that are clean, modern, and on-brand, communicating complex AI concepts in a way that's visually compelling and accessible.

• Design LinkedIn posts, carousels, and social media graphics
• Create blog graphics, product announcement visuals, and banners
• Build and maintain reusable design templates for recurring content formats
• Design digital assets for website and marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure visual and editorial alignment
• Maintain and evolve Caywork's visual brand standards across all channels

• Strong visual design skills with a portfolio showing clean, modern digital designs
• Proficiency in Figma (required) and experience with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
• A good eye for typography, layout, and color, especially for digital-first content
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
• Experience with SaaS, AI, or tech brands is a strong plus
• Experience with motion graphics or short-form video content is a plus
• Background in social media content creation is a plus
