Location Fully Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM – 5 PM EST Role Overview The Graphic Designer will be responsible for executing and maintaining the brand’s visual identity across a wide range of marketing assets, including digital and physical formats. This is a production-heavy role focused on applying an existing brand system while contributing creative input and ensuring consistency across all channels. Key Responsibilities Creative Vision & Execution Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and support creative concepts across all marketing touchpoints Design and maintain consistent branding across platforms Create marketing assets including logos, branding materials, social media visuals, ad creatives, and web graphics Apply brand systems to physical packaging and retail-facing assets to ensure strong shelf presence Collaborative Creative Thought Partnership Partner with marketing and leadership teams to brainstorm, iterate, and develop creative solutions aligned with strategic goals Provide creative input on campaigns, product launches, and ongoing marketing initiatives Ad Creative & Social Media Visuals Design ad creatives and social media visuals that drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions Optimize assets for platform-specific requirements (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads) Web Graphics & Branding Design web graphics for landing pages, banners, and website assets Ensure all visuals align with brand identity and enhance user experience Qualifications Experience 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in branding or marketing environments Experience working with consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands, including physical product and packaging design Strong portfolio showcasing relevant CPG work (not limited to digital-only products) Skills Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and Canva Proven ability to create marketing assets including logos, branding materials, social media visuals, and ad creatives Ability to execute a creative vision while maintaining brand consistency across all assets Strong attention to detail with a focus on visual consistency and quality Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams Creative thinking combined with strong execution capabilities What Success Looks Like Consistent and seamless execution of the brand’s creative vision across all assets Cohesive and recognizable brand identity across digital and physical platforms High-quality, engaging visuals that support marketing performance and brand growth Strong contribution to creative ideation and campaign success Opportunity This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of a premium CPG brand by bringing its visual identity to life across multiple channels.
