Looking for Philippines-based candidates Job Role: Graphic Designer Work Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM Australian hours Compensation range: $1,800 AUD - $2,500 AUD / Monthly Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be formally employed through an Employer of Record (EOR) arrangement. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote, so you’ll be able to work from home. Who The Client Is : Our company is a multi-brand FMCG company with retail and e-commerce operations across Australia and parts of Asia. Role Overview: We're looking for a talented, experienced Graphic Designer to join our team full-time and work closely with our brand and marketing function. This is a broad design role, you'll own packaging design through to social content, working across four to five brands simultaneously. We move fast, have high standards, and want someone who takes pride in their output. Key Responsibilities: Packaging design for FMCG product: including barcodes, GS1 compliance, and print-ready artwork Static social media content: banners, product imagery, campaign creatives Brand asset creation and management across multiple brand identities Canva template creation for internal use Collaborating directly with marketing leads to deliver briefs on time and to standard Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong portfolio with demonstrated packaging and social content work Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Adobe and other AI tools experience a plus Comfortable with Canva for template and asset work Experience with print production: dielines, bleed, GS1/barcode specs Able to take a brief and deliver independently Strong attention to detail and consistency across brand guidelines Nice to Have Experience working with multi-brand environments Basic video editing or motion graphics capability Familiarity with e-commerce creative formats Engagement Details Full-time, 40 hours per week Employed via Employer of Record (EOR) — full employee benefits including 13th month pay, healthcare, and statutory entitlements Performance bonus structure available Remote, Philippines-based Work Arrangement & Expectations: This is a remote role that will be set up via an Employer of Record (EOR) service.
