About the Client
You will be supporting a marketing and creative agency that produces thoughtful, polished, high-performing creative for technical B2B brands. The client works across professional services, technology, SaaS, and other complex sectors, turning technical ideas into clear, compelling visuals across digital, print, presentation, and web formats.
Job Overview
We are looking for an intermediate-level Graphic Designer who loves design, understands how visuals support business goals, and is excited by new technology and AI-enabled creative workflows. You will create and revise designs for a variety of client projects, balancing strong design standards with client feedback, brand guidelines, accessibility best practices, and campaign objectives.
This role requires you to work on a Mac. All creative is produced in a Mac-based environment, and you must be comfortable in Pages and the broader Apple workflow alongside the rest of the design toolkit. You will work closely with the team in a remote environment to produce creative that is on-brand, on-time, and ready for review, publication, or production.
Work Schedule
• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM PHT)
• Some flexibility on start/end times; core requirement is availability during the client's working hours
Salary & Incentives
Base Salary: PHP 52,000 – 58,000 per month
Performance-based quarterly bonuses
What You'll Design
• Organic social media imagery
• Paid social and search ads
• White papers, ebooks, case studies, and PDF resources
• PowerPoint decks, templates, and presentation graphics
• Website landing pages and web page updates
• Blog feature images, diagrams, photos, and supporting graphics
• Product sheets, data sheets, and sales enablement collateral
• Email and newsletter designs — branded layouts, campaign graphics, headers, and supporting visuals
• Brand guides and visual identity documentation
Key Responsibilities
• Create and revise designs based on feedback while maintaining design quality, brand consistency, and client expectations
• Develop fresh, professional visual concepts for technical B2B audiences across multiple channels
• Produce print-ready and digital-ready assets for campaigns, content, presentations, events, and websites
• Support advertising campaigns by providing design input and campaign-ready creative
• Maintain and update client brand guides, ensuring work reflects each brand's values, tone, and visual standards
• Apply accessibility best practices, including WCAG-informed choices around colour, contrast, legibility, layout, and usability
• Understand how design choices impact SEO, website performance, load times, and user experience
• Use AI tools to support creative volume, variation, and exploration while personally auditing and owning final quality
• Stay current on design trends, tools, platform changes, and creative best practices
• Maintain clear project documentation, file naming, labelling, and asset organization
• Complete work on time so teammates have enough time to review, revise, and deliver within client budgets
Qualifications
Required:
• 3+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in marketing, agency, or B2B environments
• Strong portfolio showing digital, print, presentation, and web design work
• Comfort working with technical or complex business topics and turning them into clear, engaging visuals
• Strong attention to detail — layout, hierarchy, typography, consistency, and production quality
• Ability to take feedback well and revise work thoughtfully
• Strong communication skills in a fully remote team environment
• A proactive, tech-forward mindset and interest in emerging tools, AI, and design innovation
• Strong sense of ownership over quality, timelines, and client-ready work
• Must work on a Mac and be familiar with Pages
• Must be familiar with Canva and Figma
• Must be able to design in PowerPoint
• Must have experience with generative AI image tools (e.g. Nano Banana or similar)
• Must be comfortable working with photography and photo editing
Nice to Have:
• Familiarity with Claude and Claude's suite of services
• Familiarity with Asana and SharePoint
• Experience supporting paid ad creative, landing pages, and content marketing campaigns
• Experience designing for professional services, technology, SaaS, manufacturing, engineering, or other technical B2B sectors

Work-From-Home Requirements
• Mac computer required — Apple Silicon (M1 or newer) or an Intel Mac with 16GB RAM minimum; macOS kept current, with Pages installed

• Power backup (UPS, generator, or nearby co-working space)
