This position is ideal for someone who excels in building strong client relationships, generating new business, and independently managing the full lifecycle of client engagements. You’ll be responsible for growing and maintaining your own book of business, while ensuring seamless execution and a high standard of service delivery. Job Responsibilities Own and manage the full cradle-to-grave cycle , from business development to execution and follow-up Build, grow, and maintain an active book of business Identify and pursue new opportunities through strategic prospecting and consultative selling Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering long-term relationships Oversee end-to-end execution, ensuring timelines, expectations, and service quality are met Handle negotiations, coordination, tracking, and issue resolution independently Continuously monitor performance to optimize revenue and profitability Collaborate with internal support teams for administrative and operational processes when needed
