Job Description This is a highly rewarding and dynamic Sales role. The Sales Leader will achieve targets and quotas using a mix of traditional and innovative sales approaches, in order to Identify and rapidly acquire new customers in the legal industry, including law firms, corporate legal departments, and legal service providers. Build and maintain relationships of trust, to anticipate and serve the growing needs of customers. Set ambitious sales targets basis size and growth of the US market, and achieve them. Generate referrals by networking with key external stakeholders -decision makers Anp influencers - in the legal industry Collaborate with key internal stakeholders - operations, marketing, finance - to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers, and increased revenue from existing customers. Manage the end to end Sales funnel i.e. healthy pipeline, lead qualification and large deal closures. Monitor sales performance vs metrics, analyze data and manage the financial aspects of Sales. Act as a role model of company vision and values, to build and inspire a world-class sales team. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A degree or background in law or legal services is a plus. Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets within the legal industry, in legal process outsourcing or related services. Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage high-performing sales team.
