The brand you’ll be working on You’ll be embedded into the team of an amazing fast-growth mental health and counselling challenger brand. They offer therapy and counselling services both in person and online, to individuals and through workplace programmes. DTC growth is currently outperforming B2B channel growth, and that’s exactly the problem this role is here to solve. You’ll be taking the B2B marketing and lead-generation programme from early-stage to mature, scalable, and commercially effective. The role This is a senior delivery and leadership role for someone who thrives on turning commercial goals into active campaigns and booked meetings. You’ll lead the B2B marketing programme end-to-end – owning strategy, building the engine, and making sure it runs. The fundamental goal of this role is simple: grow a pipeline of MQLs and SQLs, ultimately booking more sales and partnership meetings with the internal SDR team to drive B2B revenue. Hands-on implementation is a real part of the job, though you’ll have support from an ABM agency and internal team members for certain delivery requirements. What you’ll do Lead generation and ABM Own the strategy and implementation of scalable ABM and lead-generation campaigns, including automated and semi-automated outbound programmes Build and manage outbound email cadences and LinkedIn outreach sequences, ensuring messaging is sharp, personalised, and commercially compelling Source and manage contact data using specialist tools (Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar) to build and maintain high-quality prospect lists Use LinkedIn InMail, LinkedIn advertising solutions, and automated email platforms to reach and engage target accounts at scale Translate commercial priorities – target sectors, ICP profiles, revenue goals – into active, testable campaign plans Work closely with the internal SDR to align outbound campaigns with sales sequencing and ensure smooth lead handoff Track, measure, and iterate on campaign performance, reporting clearly on pipeline contribution and meeting-booked metrics B2B content and copywriting Write emotive, commercially compelling B2B copy that speaks to HR leads, L&D managers, and senior decision-makers in workplace wellness Produce case studies that tell a real story – combining human outcomes with business impact – for use across outbound, sales decks, and the website Write and optimise outbound email cadences and LinkedIn outreach messages that get opened and replied to Support the development of brand positioning, messaging, and campaign narratives that work across both B2B and consumer audiences Programme leadership, partnerships and events Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel B2B campaigns across LinkedIn, email/CRM, partnerships, events, and founder-led content Oversee supporting activity including partnership campaigns, events, and paid media (via a third-party agency) Own and manage key projects from briefing to completion, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard Build strong working relationships with clients and internal teams, confidently managing feedback, priorities, and multiple moving workstreams Manage and mentor a small specialist team, including social/CRM support and external partners, to ensure high-quality execution and accountability What you’ll bring Lead generation and ABM experience Proven track record of designing and running outbound B2B lead-generation and ABM programmes that book meetings and drive pipeline Hands-on experience using contact data sourcing tools (Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, or similar) to build targeted prospect lists Experience building and managing automated or semi-automated email cadences using platforms such as Instantly, Smartlead, HubSpot Sequences, or Outreach Working knowledge of LinkedIn InMail, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn advertising solutions Comfortable with outbound campaign metrics – open rates, reply rates, meeting booked rates – and able to use data to improve performance B2B copywriting Strong B2B copywriting skills with the ability to write for emotive and commercially driven audiences simultaneously Experience writing outbound email cadences and ABM messaging that feel human and drive action Ability to write compelling case studies that combine personal outcomes with measurable business impact Comfortable writing across formats: sales decks, email sequences, LinkedIn posts, landing pages, and campaign briefs Marketing and commercial skills 6+ years of experience in ABM, performance, or B2B marketing roles, ideally within start-ups or challenger brands. Proven experience delivering cross-channel campaigns from idea through to execution Strong understanding of how marketing contributes to pipeline growth and commercial performance – you think in revenue, not just reach Experience working closely with founders, commercial teams, or SDRs to align marketing with sales goals Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or specialist external partners Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously at pace A proactive, hands-on approach that thrives in fast-moving startup environments Why Brand Hackers We’re a tight-knit, ambitious team that moves fast and does great work.
