We’re hiring a Finance Operations Manager to own the day-to-day financial operations at Globaltize. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can manage accounts receivable, billing, bookkeeping, payroll coordination, forecasting, reporting, and light CFO-level support.

We’re looking for a true financial operator who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and proactive. You should be comfortable working inside QuickBooks, Stripe, payroll systems, spreadsheets, and financial dashboards. You’ll help make sure clients are billed correctly, payments are collected on time, books are clean, payroll is accurate, and leadership has clear visibility into cash flow, revenue, expenses, and forecasts.

This role is ideal for someone who has strong accounting and finance experience but also thinks like an operator. We don’t just need someone to enter numbers. We need someone who can catch issues, build better systems, improve reporting, and help protect the financial health of the company.

• Manage accounts receivable and ensure clients are billed accurately and on time
• Monitor outstanding invoices, failed payments, overdue balances, and collections follow-up
• Manage and reconcile billing activity inside Stripe
• Maintain clean and accurate books inside QuickBooks
• Handle monthly reconciliations, categorization, and financial reporting
• Support payroll tracking, contractor payments, and internal compensation calculations
• Help forecast revenue, payroll costs, cash flow, margins, and monthly financial performance
• Build and maintain finance dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting systems
• Review client billing, subscriptions, refunds, credits, and payment issues
• Identify financial errors, missed charges, margin issues, and process gaps
• Support leadership with light CFO-level analysis and financial decision-making
• Help improve financial SOPs, billing processes, payroll workflows, and reporting systems
• Work closely with sales, operations, recruiting, and client success to ensure financial accuracy across the business

• 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping, finance operations, accounting, accounts receivable, or a similar role
• QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certified strongly preferred
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online
• Experience with Stripe, billing systems, subscriptions, refunds, and payment tracking
• Experience with payroll, contractor payments, or staffing-related financial operations
• Strong spreadsheet skills, including Google Sheets or Excel
• Comfortable with forecasting, cash flow tracking, margin analysis, and financial reporting
• Extremely detail-oriented and able to catch small errors before they become big problems
• Highly organized, trustworthy, and comfortable handling sensitive financial information
• Able to work independently, take ownership, and improve processes without needing constant direction
