About The Job

We are hiring an experienced ABA Operations Manager to support a growing autism therapy practice.

This role is for someone who can step in, assess operations, and start improving things immediately.

You will not be given step-by-step instructions. You are expected to figure things out, take ownership, and execute.

If you are someone who needs constant direction or prefers clearly defined tasks, this role will not be a fit.

What You’ll Do

• Manage recruiting workflows for BCBAs and RBTs
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and internal processes
• Support intake operations, insurance verification, and scheduling
• Track credentialing and compliance requirements
• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
• Build structure where processes are unclear or evolving

• You independently identify and solve operational problems
• Processes become more efficient without needing oversight
• Hiring and intake workflows run smoothly
• Leadership can rely on you without constant follow-up
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working in an ABA or behavioral health organization
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple workflows at once
