We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Finance & Operations Manager to oversee financial reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. This role combines finance, accounting, data analysis, and operations to support scalable, predictable growth. The ideal candidate has strong accounting fundamentals, expertise in QuickBooks Online, and the ability to build automated dashboards and reporting systems. Responsibilities Maintain and reconcile QuickBooks Online to ensure accurate bookkeeping and monthly close. Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations. Prepare monthly financial reports across retail, D2C, and B2B channels. Oversee inventory accounting, including landed cost, duty, and freight allocation. Maintain and update pricing sheets including MSRP, wholesale tiers, and MAP structures. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and 12-month cash flow projections. Build and automate financial dashboards integrated with QuickBooks and other data sources. Collaborate with Operations and Logistics on freight planning and inventory valuation. Support grant applications and compliance with accurate financial reporting. Requirements Minimum 6+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance operations (retail/e-commerce preferred). Proficient in QuickBooks Online with strong knowledge of AR/AP, reconciliations, and journal entries. Advanced proficiency(pivot tables, dashboards, variance analysis). Experience working with Shopify exports, financial modeling, and reporting tools. Strong understanding of inventory accounting, FIFO, landed cost, and margin analysis. Must have prior graveyard shift experience overlapping with U.S. CST operations.
