Your Scope of Ownership

You will sit directly inside our leadership core, running the vital administrative, financial, and recruitment systems that keep our founders moving forward.

Key Deliverables:

• Executive Leverage: Own critical ad-hoc tasks, manage fast-moving projects, and handle daily challenges before they ever reach the desks of our two busy founders.
• Financial Oversight: Manage monthly finances and P&L tracking while seamlessly executing payroll and payment processing with absolute accuracy.
• Talent Sourcing: Drive our internal recruitment pipeline—posting job descriptions, filtering incoming applications, and running sharp initial qualification interviews.
• Workflow Infrastructure: Keep calendars tight, track ongoing deliverables, and ensure executive digital workspaces run flawlessly.

The Criteria:

• Geography & Hours: Located in Kyiv (or within Ukraine) and fully available to work synchronous full-time hours on European Time.
• Elite Communication: Absolute proficiency in written and spoken English. You must write crisp, professional emails and possess the confidence to handle phone calls on behalf of the leadership team.
• Systems Fluent: Expert-level capability within the Google Ecosystem (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar) to maintain and scale digital workflows.
• Execution Engine: Hard-working, goal-oriented, and exceptional with task management—a natural ability to prioritize heavy workloads without dropping a single detail.
