About The Role
We are a fast-paced real estate investment company looking for an Executive Assistant to work directly with our CEO. This role involves transaction coordination, investor communication, property analysis, and administrative support. This is NOT a sales position. However, you must be comfortable speaking on the phone. A large part of this role involves calling homeowners and buyers to coordinate transactions, confirm details, provide updates, and ensure deals move smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Export, scrub, and organize leads.
Calculate ARV and input leads into the CRM.
Maintain an organized pipeline of leads for the CEO to contact daily.
Send contracts and assist with transaction paperwork.
Communicate with title companies to gather information and coordinate transactions.
Call homeowners and buyers to confirm details, provide updates, and keep deals moving.
Keep CRM records and transaction data accurate and up to date.
Use AI tools and real estate software to complete daily tasks efficiently.
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Comfortable speaking on the phone with homeowners, buyers, and title companies.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable using CRMs, real estate software, and AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini.
Able to work independently, follow processes, and manage multiple tasks accurately.
