About Us
Asymmetrix is a fast-growing, early-stage company focused on becoming the go-to source of truth for the Data & Analytics sector. We have been operating for almost two years and are backed by seed funding. Our mission is to track and make sense of developments in a rapidly expanding and evolving industry, transforming complexity into clear, meaningful insight for investors, strategics, and advisors.
We are a team of curious problem-solvers with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, client-centric products. Our work environment encourages initiative, thoughtful experimentation, and continuous learning. With a remote-first setup and a genuinely meritocratic culture, we enable individuals to deliver excellent work both autonomously and collaboratively.
At Asymmetrix, progression is based on capability, impact, and professional growth, rather than tenure. This enables us to offer early responsibility and meaningful career development opportunities as the business scales.
The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Events Lead to own the planning, delivery, and evolution of our global events programme. Initially focused on London and New York, this role will be responsible for developing both virtual and in-person events that strengthen brand awareness, deepen client engagement, and contribute meaningfully to business growth.
This is a commercially focused role, combining strategy and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for building scalable event programmes, creating exceptional attendee experiences, and ensuring events become a valuable part of the company’s marketing and revenue-generation activities as the business continues to grow. This is a permanent, fully remote part-time role, with a requirement for travel and eligibility for overtime pay during event season.
