Role Description This is a contract, remote role for an Entry-Level ESL/EFL Educator. The educator will deliver live online English lessons to learners of different ages and proficiency levels, following established curricula and teaching guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning engaging lessons, adapting materials to learner needs, and using virtual classroom tools to support interaction and practice. The role involves assessing learner progress, providing clear feedback, and maintaining accurate records of attendance, performance, and lesson outcomes. The educator will also participate in occasional training sessions, follow company policies and standards, and communicate regularly with the ETEFL LTD support team to ensure a consistent learner experience.
