This role will suit someone who thrives in a client-facing setting, enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, and has experience leading and mentoring recruitment teams while delivering high-quality hiring solutions internationally across Engineering functions. The Role : As a Lead Tech Talent Partner, you will work closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers, owning and delivering end-to-end recruitment across Engineering teams on an international scale. Alongside hands-on hiring, you will also support leadership responsibilities across the account, helping drive delivery standards, team performance, and recruitment strategy. Key Responsibilities : Lead end-to-end international recruitment across Engineering hires Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership teams Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to recruiters within the team Drive direct sourcing strategies and market mapping activity Improve recruitment processes and hiring manager engagement Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey Support workforce planning and hiring strategy discussions What We’re Looking For Strong experience recruiting across Engineering-focused roles Previous experience leading, mentoring, or managing recruitment teams Background within RPO, embedded or in- house Experience recruiting internationally across multiple regions Confident stakeholder management skills with a consultative approach Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capability Experience working within fast-paced or scaling businesses Why Join Chapter 2?
