Email Automation Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Email Automation Assistant with hands-on experience in Klaviyo to support our email production and automation processes.

This is a junior support/execution role focused on building and implementing emails inside Klaviyo — not creating strategy or copy. You will work closely with our internal marketing team to accurately build campaigns, flows, and automations based on provided designs and instructions.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, fast, reliable, and confident navigating the Klaviyo platform with minimal errors.

Responsibilities

• Build emails in Klaviyo using provided Figma designs and templates
• Set up and manage email flows, automations, triggers, and campaigns
• Ensure emails are responsive and properly formatted across devices
• Perform detailed QA checks before campaigns are launched
• Update links, images, segmentation, and dynamic content as needed
• Follow SOPs and implementation instructions from senior team members
• Maintain organized workflows and consistent naming conventions
• Assist with ongoing email production and backend support tasks

Requirements

• Previous hands-on experience using Klaviyo
• Experience building emails from Figma or design files
• Understanding of Klaviyo flows, triggers, and backend navigation
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to follow instructions and execute tasks accurately
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Good English communication skills
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus but not required
• E-commerce email experience is preferred

Compensation & Schedule
