Nexus Point Doc is a youth-led environmental forensics laboratory selected by the National Geographic Society and The Nature Conservancy from 14,000 global candidates.
We are looking for editorial contributors to join our publications team. You will research, write, and produce content for one or more of our editorial series — The Margin, The Standard, Silence, One Number, and The Model.
What you will do: Weekly research and writing for your assigned series. Identifying relevant academic studies, regulatory filings, policy documents, and media gaps. Contributing to editorial decisions and platform development.
What we are looking for: Strong reading and writing skills in English. Genuine interest in environmental accountability, investigative journalism, or policy. Ability to commit to a regular weekly output. Any background welcome — journalism, political science, law, data science, environmental studies.
What you get: Byline on a platform with a global advisory network spanning Yale, Oxford, Cambridge, Columbia, and Goldsmiths. Direct mentorship from the Nexus editorial team. Access to our international researcher and practitioner network.
Remote. Flexible hours. Unpaid — with a clear path to paid roles as the platform grows.
