Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for an Ecommerce eBay Specialist. The role involves managing and optimizing GPI MOTO's eBay store, including product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory management. Responsibilities include monitoring customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, analyzing sales data, and executing e-commerce strategies to increase sales. The role also includes working closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer experience and online presence.

Responsibilities:

• Create and optimize eBay product listings from scratch

• Manage large-volume product uploads and inventory

• Handle eBay PPC / Promoted Listings campaigns (CPC optimization)

• Monitor pricing, competitors, and product performance

• Maintain inventory synchronization and order management

• Experience with Amazon to eBay dropshipping preferred

• Knowledge of eBay SEO, title optimization, and conversion strategies

• Track seller metrics and maintain account health

Requirements:

• Strong experience with eBay Seller Center

• Experience with bulk listing tools and inventory software

• Knowledge of eBay PPC / Promoted Listings

• Experience with Amazon to eBay dropshipping workflows

• Strong communication and attention to detail

• Full-time availability
