The Role
We’re hiring a Senior E-commerce Growth Strategist to lead growth for our clients and become a pillar inside one of our Pods.
At Prominence, a Growth Strategist is not a “media buyer with opinions.” You are the owner of growth.
You translate business goals into forecasts, forecasts into strategy, and strategy into daily execution—across paid media, creative, and e-commerce strategy.
You think like a CFO, plan like a CMO, and execute like a performance operator.
You will:
- Own the growth strategy for multiple e-commerce brands
- Build cohort-based forecasts and contribution-margin models
- Translate financial reality into media and creative strategy
- Lead your Pod: performance marketers, creatives, and PM
- Be the strategic brain clients trust when things get hard
When you’re on an account, people know: “This account is in good hands.”

You’ll work with:
- Real, direct business metrics, not ad-platform or GA4 vanity metrics
- Cohort forecasting, not gut feeling
- aMER, nCAC, POAS, CM$, not just CPA or ROAS

What You’ll Do
Strategy & Forecasting
- Build growth forecasts using cohort and financial modeling
- Translate revenue goals into spend, MER, and margin targets
- Build Growth Maps that guide quarterly and monthly strategy
- Align strategy with seasonality, launches, and business reality
Execution Leadership
- Lead your Pod (performance, creative, PM)
- Align paid media, creative, CRO, and lifecycle
- Drive daily execution vs forecast
- Adjust strategy based on reality, not ego
- Own pivots when things break
Financial Ownership
- Understand COGS, shipping, margin, and variable costs
- Optimize for contribution margin, not just performance metrics
- Advise clients like a business partner, not a vendor
Client Leadership
- Be the main strategic brain for the client
- Lead weekly strategy calls
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and confidently
- Align clients on goals, trade-offs, and reality
System Building
- Improve our playbooks, SOPs, and frameworks
- Feed learnings back into the agency
- Help build Prominence into a Michelin-level agency
