ASC Global is expanding into the aviation aftermarket space, and we are looking for a commercially driven Director of MRO Sales to build and lead this division from the ground up.
This is a high-impact role focused on driving global revenue across rotables, expendables, engines, and landing gear, while building a strong sales team and developing long-term relationships with airlines, MROs, and key industry players.
You’ll own the commercial strategy, lead from the front, and play a key role in shaping the future of our aviation business.
Build and execute the global sales strategy for the MRO division
Drive revenue across rotables, expendables, engines, and landing gear
Develop and manage relationships with airlines, MROs, and lessors
Identify and unlock new business opportunities across global markets
Hire, train, and lead a high-performing sales team
Work closely with sourcing, logistics, and compliance teams to ensure smooth deal execution
Negotiate high-value deals and manage complex sales cycles
Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply/demand dynamics
Take full ownership of pipeline, performance, and revenue targets
8–15+ years of experience in aviation aftermarket / MRO sales
Strong existing network within airlines, MROs, and/or leasing companies
Deep understanding of at least one core segment:
Rotables
Engines
Landing gear
Expendables
Proven track record of generating revenue and closing high-value deals
Leadership experience (building or managing sales teams)
Highly commercial mindset with strong negotiation skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Fluent English and confident communication across global markets
