Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Supervisor at Insight Genesis – IGAi. The Sales Supervisor will lead and coach a distributed sales team, set daily and weekly targets, monitor performance metrics, and ensure consistent execution of the sales strategy. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, overseeing lead qualification, supporting key client calls, and resolving escalated customer issues in coordination with customer success. The role will involve close collaboration with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions, gather market feedback, and identify opportunities in the financial, HR, education, and health verticals. The Sales Supervisor will also be responsible for training new team members, maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts, and preparing regular reports for leadership.
