With an expanding eCommerce presence and frequent product launches, they are building a high-performance marketing engine to drive retention, engagement, and revenue across digital channels. Location Fully Remote (Work from Home) | 9 AM – 5 PM CST Role Overview The Digital Marketing Specialist will own lifecycle marketing execution across email, SMS, and campaign coordination while helping drive retention, engagement, and product launch performance. This role is highly execution-focused and requires strong organization, cross-functional communication, and strategic thinking around customer journeys and marketing operations. Candidates with experience in apparel, fashion, or streetwear brands are highly preferred due to the fast-paced nature of product launches and customer engagement within the industry. Key Responsibilities Lifecycle Marketing (Email & SMS) Execute and optimize email campaigns through Klaviyo and SMS campaigns through Attentive. Build and manage campaign calendars, flows, and segmentation strategies. Run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, and timing to improve campaign performance. Marketing Calendar & Campaign Coordination Own and maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with product launches and campaigns. Coordinate closely with product development, PR, and creative teams. Ensure campaigns are executed on time and aligned across all channels. Product Launch Execution Support product drops, ensuring all marketing assets, messaging, and campaigns are aligned. SEO & Digital Presence Support SEO execution and optimization across website and digital platforms. Ensure platforms like Google and LinkedIn are properly set up and maintained. Support basic Shopify updates and website management tasks related to product launches and campaign execution. Reporting & Performance Tracking Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights. Track KPIs across lifecycle channels and identify opportunities for optimization. Cross-Functional Coordination Act as the day-to-day coordinator for marketing and eCommerce execution. Ensure alignment with the social media team for omni-channel consistency. Communicate proactively with leadership on performance and priorities. Meta Paid Ads Maintenance & Execution Maintain and monitor paid campaigns through Meta Business Manager and Google Ads using existing funnels, SOPs, and playbooks. Support ongoing optimization, performance monitoring, and smooth day-to-day execution of paid campaigns. Qualifications Experience 3+ years of experience in eCommerce or DTC marketing. Strong experience with Klaviyo, Attentive, or similar lifecycle marketing platforms. Experience managing marketing calendars and campaign execution. Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and digital analytics. Experience collaborating with creative and product teams. Experience working with apparel, fashion, or streetwear brands is preferred. Experience supporting Shopify-based eCommerce stores or handling basic Shopify updates is preferred. Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Ability to execute lifecycle marketing campaigns with attention to detail and performance optimization. Strong understanding of customer journeys, retention marketing, and campaign coordination. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Spanish fluency or conversational proficiency is preferred. Proactive, highly organized, and comfortable owning marketing execution end-to-end. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced eCommerce environment. Basic Shopify knowledge, including product updates, landing page coordination, or content management. What Success Looks Like Consistent execution of high-performing email and SMS campaigns.
