This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage both people and processes while actively overseeing marketing execution across SEO, content, social media, paid advertising, lead generation, and overall digital growth. We are looking for a confident and action-oriented leader who is comfortable taking ownership, making decisions, driving accountability, and keeping projects moving forward in a fast-paced remote environment. Key Responsibilities Marketing Leadership & Strategy Lead and manage a small marketing team Coordinate priorities, deadlines, and marketing deliverables Improve marketing processes and team organization Monitor performance and ensure accountability across projects Lead Generation & Growth Focus on increasing qualified meetings booked for the sales team Support and improve lead generation strategies across channels Monitor campaign performance and conversion metrics Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and results SEO & Website Management Oversee SEO improvements and content optimization Monitor website performance and identify growth opportunities Coordinate website updates, blogs, and landing pages Content & Social Media Coordinate content creation and scheduling Ensure consistency across branding and messaging Support social media growth and engagement strategies Paid Advertising Oversee Meta and Google advertising campaigns Monitor campaign performance, reporting, and ROI Help improve advertising efficiency and conversion performance Reporting & Performance Tracking Track KPIs and marketing performance Prepare weekly and monthly reports Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions Requirements Strong written and spoken English Minimum 3 years of experience managing people in a marketing environment Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing roles Experience with SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, and lead generation Strong leadership and team management skills Highly organized and process-oriented Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership of results Strong sense of urgency and accountability Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working independently in a remote setting Tools & Platforms Experience with some of the following tools is helpful: WordPress Google Analytics Google Search Console Meta Ads Manager Google Ads Canva HubSpot or GoHighLevel Google Workspace ChatGPT or AI tools Trello, ClickUp, or Asana Benefits 100% remote position Long-term opportunity Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for professional growth Exposure to a variety of marketing strategies and projects Experience working with international clients
