About the Role Our client is a founder-led events agency where entrepreneurs gather to fuel their creative genius. They create high-impact experiences for brand builders, by brand builders, from intimate farm-to-table dinners and overnight retreats to immersive popups and headline-making summits across North America. They are seeking a creative and organized Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing initiatives across email and social media , and webinars, with a strong focus on driving audience growth and ticket sales for events and programs. This is not a typical social media role. This person will own the digital marketing engine behind the brand, developing content ideas , managing campaigns , and executing strategies that turn marketing into sold-out experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the marketing calendar, planning and launching campaigns , supporting event and program promotions , and helping bring the brand to life across digital channels. This is a great opportunity for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, highly organized, and excited to turn strong storytelling and digital execution into measurable audience growth. Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Campaigns Manage the marketing calendar across events, courses, and digital programs Plan campaigns to drive ticket sales, audience growth, and program enrollment Coordinate launches, promotions, and campaign milestones Email Marketing Plan and execute email campaigns promoting events and programs Manage newsletters, announcements, and audience segmentation Track performance and optimize for conversions Social Media & Content Manage the social media content calendar Develop creative content ideas aligned with the brand's audience Coordinate production of reels, clips, and graphics (with external editors when needed) Monitor engagement and audience growth Event Marketing Execute campaigns to promote summits, retreats, and digital programs Coordinate speaker announcements, updates, and promotional content Plan and manage webinars, registration pages, and follow-up campaigns Performance & Growth Track campaign performance across email, social, and webinars Monitor ticket sales and marketing conversion rates Continuously optimize campaigns based on results Requirements 4+ years of experience in marketing, content, or growth roles Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar) Background managing social media for brands or communities Strong copywriting and storytelling skills Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple campaigns Experience marketing events, courses, or communities is a plus Basic design skills with Figma and Canva Familiarity with AI tools for marketing workflows Experience in e-commerce, events, or DTS brands is a strong plus Additional Information: Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM PST (flexible) Commitment: Full-Time (40 hrs/week) Contract Type: Independent Contractor We Offer: 💰 Competitive Compensation in USD 🏝️ Paid Time Off 💻 100% remote 💡 Lead high impact projects 📈 Grow in a culture that values ownership and high standards
