About the Role
We are looking for a hands on Demand Generation Account Specialist to support the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns for B2B clients.The ideal candidate is a marketer who enjoys turning strategy into action, building campaigns, writing effective messaging, reviewing performance data, and continuously identifying opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities
Campaign Execution and Optimization
• Execute demand generation campaigns across email marketing, lead nurturing, lifecycle marketing, and content syndication programs.
• Build, QA, launch, and optimize campaigns using marketing automation platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance against KPIs such as cost per lead, pipeline contribution, and lead quality.
• Identify trends and implement optimizations based on performance data.
• Ensure campaigns are properly tracked and aligned with client goals.
Content and Creative Support
• Write and edit marketing emails, nurture sequences, and campaign messaging.
• Support the creation of landing page copy, calls to action, and other campaign assets.
• Create simple visual materials using Canva or similar tools, such as email graphics, social media assets, campaign visuals, and one pagers.
• Collaborate with senior marketers to ensure messaging aligns with the overall strategy.
Reporting and Marketing Operations
• Pull and analyze performance data from marketing automation and CRM platforms.
• Prepare campaign summaries, insights, and recommendations for internal and client discussions.
• Support funnel analysis, attribution, segmentation, lead scoring, and lead quality assessments.
• Assist with reports and dashboards that clearly communicate campaign results.
• Maintain campaign documentation, assets, and platform organization.
• Collaborate with content, operations, and analytics teams to ensure successful campaign launches.
Requirements
• 3 or more years of experience in B2B demand generation, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar tools.
• Experience building and optimizing email campaigns and nurture sequences.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to create clear, engaging marketing messaging in English.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and campaign tracking.
• Comfortable working with metrics such as cost per lead, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and lead quality.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple active campaigns simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset and a proactive approach to optimization.
• Advanced spoken and written English.
Nice to Have
• Previous experience working in a marketing agency or client services environment.
• Experience using HubSpot.
• Familiarity with attribution models and revenue reporting.
• Exposure to account based marketing, lifecycle campaigns, or multi touch demand generation programs.
• Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
