We are seeking a Growth Marketer (Digital Marketer) on behalf of our strategic partner to drive their online customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. This role demands a professional with 4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience , capable of planning and executing data-driven campaigns across Paid Ads (Google, Meta) , SEO , Content Marketing , Email Marketing , Inbound , and Outbound channels. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, thrives on experimentation, and leverages analytics to continuously optimize campaigns for maximum growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Growth Strategy & Planning Strategic Roadmaps : Develop multi-channel marketing strategies to attract, convert, and retain customers. Targeting & Segmentation : Identify audience segments, develop buyer personas, and tailor messaging to match prospect needs. Budget Management : Allocate marketing budgets effectively to achieve an optimal balance between reach, engagement, and ROI. 2. Paid Advertising (Google & Meta) Campaign Creation : Launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram. Keyword & Audience Targeting : Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and segment audiences for more efficient ad spend. Performance Optimization : Continuously A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS). 3. SEO & Content Marketing On-Page & Technical SEO : Improve site structure, meta tags, and overall content relevance for higher organic search visibility. Content Strategy : Plan and produce engaging, SEO-friendly content (blogs, articles, infographics) that drives traffic and brand authority. Link Building & Outreach : Execute backlink strategies and collaborate with industry influencers to boost domain authority. 4. Email Marketing & Automation Email Campaigns : Segment lists and run email initiatives (newsletters, drip campaigns, automated triggers) aligned with the sales funnel. Workflow Setup : Implement lifecycle marketing workflows that nurture leads through personalized, data-driven content. Performance Tracking : Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to refine email strategies. 5. Inbound & Outbound Marketing Inbound Funnel : Create lead magnets, landing pages, and gated content to capture and nurture high-quality leads. Outbound Campaigns : Collaborate with sales teams on targeted email sequences, cold outreach, and social selling tactics. Conversion Optimization : Identify funnel bottlenecks and implement CRO best practices to increase lead-to-opportunity ratios. 6. Analytics & Optimization KPI Tracking : Monitor campaign metrics (CTR, CPA, CPL, conversion rates) via tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, or CRM dashboards. Reporting & Insights : Translate data into actionable insights, regularly reporting performance to stakeholders. Experimentation : Develop and run A/B tests, pilot new channels, and iterate quickly based on results. Qualifications 4+ Years of Digital Marketing Experience Demonstrable track record across paid ads, SEO, content, and email with measurable results. Paid Ads Proficiency Expertise in Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads management, including data analysis and bid optimization. SEO Acumen Solid grasp of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices. Content & Email Marketing Skilled at creating, distributing, and optimizing high-quality content; experience with email automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo). Analytical Mindset Comfortable using digital analytics tools and applying insights to improve campaign performance. Growth Mindset Innovative, data-driven approach; not afraid to test new ideas and pivot based on learnings. Strong Communication Skills Ability to present complex performance data in a clear, actionable way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Nice-to-Have Skills Marketing Automation Advanced knowledge of workflows, lead scoring, and nurture programs. Copywriting & Basic Design Capable of writing compelling copy and making minor design edits for ads or landing pages. Experience with Sales Alignment Working effectively with sales teams on outbound strategies and lead handovers. B2B or SaaS Experience Familiarity with long sales cycles and product-led growth strategies. Programming Familiarity Basic HTML/CSS skills for landing page customization and email template adjustments.
