We are looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator with the ambition to lead best practice digital project delivery. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: Good understanding of the ISO 19650 series of documents Some knowledge and understanding of Solibri Can discuss openBIM standards such as IFC and COBie to support information interoperability Understanding and experience of appropriate software tools to view and interrogate models Good level of FM knowledge and strong initiative NICE TO HAVE EXPERIENCE (but not essential) : COBie delivery; On-site project BIM project delivery; Project handover. SALARY Up to £44k + travel Locations London, Chelmsford, Cambridge Remote status Hybrid Yearly salary £40,000 - £44,000 Employment type Full-time About Johnson BIM We are team builders.
