We are seeking an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator to support our client's out-of-network dental practice in Florida. The ideal candidate has prior hands-on experience in a U.S. dental or healthcare setting and is confident in outbound patient communication, appointment scheduling, and insurance verification. This is a remote, outbound-focused role -- the local front desk team handles live inbound calls. Key Responsibilities • Follow up on 3,000+ marketing leads generated through Google and Facebook Ads campaigns • Reactivate inactive patients from a recall list of approximately 30 pages • Verify out-of-network insurance benefits • Schedule patients to fill hygiene chair availability • Document and track all lead and patient follow-up activity in Fuse EMR • Coordinate with the local front desk team as needed for scheduling handoffs • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a U.S. dental or healthcare practice in a patient-facing administrative role (e.g., Patient Coordinator, Front Desk, or similar) • Experience with out-of-network insurance verification (PPO) strongly preferred • Proficiency with dental EMR or scheduling software; Fuse experience is a plus • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and follow-ups independently • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Able to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST $5 or $6 USD per hour depending on experience Please note that this is a full-time contractor position (40 hours per week). Schedule is Monday through Friday, aligned with U.S. Eastern business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
