Our infrastructure is optimised through the strategic deployment of global trading servers and resilient software and hardware solutions, ensuring reliability, speed, and scalability for our clients. 🔍 The Role: The Dealer is responsible for overseeing client order execution and hedging activities with Liquidity Providers, monitoring trading performance, ensuring compliance with EMIR, MiFIR and applicable CySEC requirements, and providing accurate reporting and analysis to support the Company’s brokerage function. 🚀 How you can make a difference: Analyse client trade flow and Best Execution Monitoring Monitor client order execution and hedge execution with Liquidity Providers (LPs) Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports for Management Prepare daily trading statistics and PnL Assist with Internal Audit on dealing-related matters Reconcile and monitor trading exposure with Liquidity Providers (LPs) Monitor and ensure compliance with EMIR and MiFIR transaction reporting requirements and trade lifecycle events Prepare quarterly and yearly CySEC reports (e.g. Quarterly Statistics / RBSF) Keep up to date with market information and monitor trends in all major currency pairs Support and update colleagues across departments Perform additional tasks assigned by the Department Manager 🎯 Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Dealing/Trading role within the FX/CFD industry, with brokerage experience considered an advantage BSc/MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, or any other relevant field Good understanding of FX and CFD products CySEC Advanced or Basic Certification 🎯 Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail Strong analytical skills Organised and methodical approach Excellent oral and written communication skills in English Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment 🎯 Personal Specifications: Strong collaboration skills Professional communication style Strong willingness to learn and develop Self-motivated Self-learning 💰 Perks & Benefits: Attractive Remuneration: A competitive salary package based on your qualifications, experience, and skills.
