Data Quality Analyst (Full-Time)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Quality Analyst to join our growing team on a full-time basis at Publish Experts. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across our systems, dashboards, and reporting processes.

Position Details

• Job Title: Data Quality Analyst
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Location: Remote
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Western European Time (WET)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain data accuracy across systems, databases, and dashboards
• Review, verify, and validate large volumes of business data
• Identify inconsistencies, missing information, and reporting errors
• Compare multiple data sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Collaborate with technical teams to investigate and resolve data discrepancies
• Perform ongoing quality assurance checks to maintain reporting integrity
• Support data maintenance initiatives and operational workflows
• Document findings and recommend process improvements to enhance data quality

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Experience working with spreadsheets, dashboards, databases, or business intelligence tools
• Ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and reporting inconsistencies
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data quality, data analysis, operations, or business intelligence roles
• Familiarity with reporting tools, CRM platforms, or database systems
• Experience conducting audits, reconciliations, or quality control processes
• Understanding of data governance and data management best practices
