Responsibilities Of The Data Entry Specialist Include Process enrollment forms, highlight sheets, rate grids for voluntary business and customer changes as required for all new and in force business. Process case to sold status to obtain policy numbers. Upload and maintain data to SalesForce to customer file for sales and account management Obtain and review all sold case documents necessary to implement a group. Review group information and gather all customer data necessary to have new lines of business Report on coding Requirements High School Diploma, or equivalent, required. Relevant Associates Degree highly preferred. Minimum 1 year relevant experience in a Data Entry environment High attention to detail Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills Strong follow through and organizational skills.
