Key Responsibilities
Capturing and updating information into digital systems
Reviewing records for accuracy and completeness
Processing online forms and administrative documents
Maintaining organized electronic records and databases
Verifying and correcting data discrepancies
Assisting with virtual administrative support tasks
Following company data protection and confidentiality procedures
Requirements
Grade 10, Grade 12, or equivalent qualification
Basic computer literacy
Good typing and communication skills
