The Data Entry Analyst will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting and updating data into the company's databases and systems. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate should have excellent keyboarding skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have experience with data entry or data management. They should also be able to work independently and be able to follow specific instructions and guidelines. Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently input data into company databases and systems Verify and validate data for accuracy and completeness Assist with data cleanup and organization projects Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Assist with generating reports and analyzing data as needed Requirements: 2+ years of experience in data entry or data management Excellent keyboarding skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and follow specific instructions and guidelines Experience with database management systems (preferred) High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
