Danish Customer Service Representative (Remote from Portugal)

We are looking for motivated Danish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a growing remote team based in Portugal. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking clients Handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and efficiency Communicate clearly in both Danish and English Solve customer issues while ensuring excellent service standards Work independently in a remote setup while staying aligned with team goals WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Native or fluent Danish (written and spoken) Good English communication skills (minimum B2 level) Strong problem-solving and communication abilities Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail Ability to work independently in a remote environment Valid documentation according to legal requirements DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS Applicants must have ONE of the following: EU ID, OR Residence card, OR Manifestação de Interesse, OR Valid Type D Work Visa + AIMA appointment scheduled + NIF, OR Expired Type D Work Visa + completed AIMA appointment + NIF NISS is preferred but not mandatory (support can be provided).
