Their existing CS Manager is at capacity. They need someone to join, learn, and grow alongside the opportunity that's coming.

• $80,000 base salary
• Quarterly bonus — with real earning growth for high performers
• Remote-first with fortnightly co-working in Brisbane
• AI-native team — daily tool adoption is mandatory, not optional

You'll work across new and existing clients — following up engaged prospects, supporting onboarding, and progressively taking on more as your product knowledge builds. This isn't a purely reactive role. You're involved in revenue conversations with real momentum behind them.
