Role Summary
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to own client onboarding and volume growth. This is not a traditional customer success role — you will own the journey from a qualified client → first transaction → scaled volume.
You’ll operate at the intersection of sales, operations, compliance, and treasury, driving momentum, removing blockers, and ensuring nothing slows down the path to revenue.
Location & Setup
What You’ll Own
• Drive clients to go live quickly and successfully
• Manage onboarding and client activation end-to-end
• Coordinate across compliance, treasury, operations, and product teams
• Maintain momentum and accountability with clients
• Track onboarding progress, risks, and go-live timelines in CRM
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5+ years of experience in customer success, onboarding, or client-facing roles
• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services preferred
• Strong communicator who can drive urgency and hold clients accountable
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
• Ability to manage multiple client onboarding processes simultaneously
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $70K–$90K per year
