Position Overview: As part of our continued growth, Axonius Federal Systems is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to join our team. In this role, you ’ll work closely with our Federal division to design and deliver complex technical solutions while partnering with strategic customers. You ’ll play a critical role in advancing customer outcomes, supporting deal execution, and driving meaningful impact across the organization. Key Responsibilities : Provide technical expertise to support, optimize , and scale customer infrastructure solutions Partner with customers to understand technical requirements and propose re-engineering solutions to improve performance, scalability, and reliability Assess existing customer environments and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement Design and implement tailored solutions using industry best practices and modern technologies Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and deliver customized solutions that address customer needs Lead customer onboarding activities, including installation, configuration, and integration Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications : 3+ years of experience delivering technical support or consulting services in a customer -facing role Hands-on experience in cybersecurity-focused roles within distributed environments, including familiarity with DoD operations Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols Practical experience with technologies such as Linux, Docker, MongoDB, APIs, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins) Ability to independently design, implement, and troubleshoot complex technical solutions Preferred Qualifications : Active U.S. security clearance Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect Axonius Federal Systems is committed to fair and equitable compensation packages.
