As a Customer Success Manager , you will play a key role in driving client retention and commercial growth for enterprise accounts. Acting as a trusted advisor, youโll partner with your clients to achieve their onboarding goals, while spotting upsell opportunities and supporting the continuous improvement of the customer journey.
