Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and dealers to ensure customer requirements are met and issues are resolved effectively.
• Provide clear, accurate, and detailed product and service information to customers and dealers.
• Manage multiple customer requests and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and maintain service quality.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly and report recurring issues to management for continuous improvement.
• Use problem-solving skills to identify the root causes of customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Engage in public speaking and presentations as needed to represent the company and support dealer communications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to assist customers confidently.
