Infrabyte Consulting is seeking Customer Service Interns who are interested in customer communication, support operations, service excellence, and client engagement. This internship provides practical exposure to customer interaction workflows, email support processes, and professional communication practices within a remote work environment.
Employment Type: Full-Time Internship
Duration: 1–3 Months
Stipend: ₹15,300 per month
Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries through email and support channels
* Assist in resolving customer concerns and service-related requests
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities
* Support communication workflows and service operations
