We're Hiring: Customer Experience & Support Lead (South America Applicants Only)
Remote | Full-Time
Compensation: $60,000 Base + $24,000 Incentive
Wonsulting is looking for a Customer Experience & Support Lead to own and scale our customer experience function. This role is responsible for leading a team of CX Associates while building the systems, processes, and performance standards that drive exceptional client support at scale.
We're looking for someone with:
• 5+ years of experience in Customer Experience, Support Operations, or Service Leadership
• Experience leading and coaching remote support teams
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Desk, Zendesk, Intercom, or similar platforms
• Experience building workflows, automations, reporting, and SOPs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A process-driven mindset with a passion for improving the customer journey
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading and developing a high-performing CX team
• Improving response times, client satisfaction, and support quality
• Owning ticketing systems, reporting dashboards, and support workflows
• Managing escalations and cross-functional collaboration
• Driving continuous improvements across the customer experience
