About the role As a Customer AI Strategist, you work directly with managing partners, directors, and practice leaders at established personal injury firms. Your job is to help them get real value from our platform, which often means more than running a good onboarding call. Some weeks that looks like designing a hands on training session that finally makes a tool click for a team. Other weeks it is flying out for an in person visit because a video call will not get it done. And other weeks it is bringing a customer’s feedback directly to our product team and shaping what we build next. Personal injury law has historically been slow to adopt new technology, so a big part of this role is people and change management, building trust, understanding how each firm actually works day to day, and helping teams adopt new ways of working at a pace that sticks. What you will do Own a portfolio of enterprise customers and be the person they trust to help them succeed on EvenUp Design and run enablement sessions, trainings, and onsite visits that meet customers where they are Bring customer needs to our product and engineering teams and help shape the roadmap Partner with sales, customer success, and product to drive adoption, expansion, and retention Build relationships across customer organizations, from paralegals to named partners Spot patterns across accounts and turn them into playbooks the rest of the team can use What we are looking for You take ownership end to end and do not wait for permission to move when a customer needs help You genuinely enjoy making customers successful, and you are willing to be creative about how you do it, whether that is a training, a product conversation, or an in person visit You are comfortable working with limited structure and figuring things out as you go You understand that change is hard, especially in traditional industries, and you have the patience and people skills to help teams through it You communicate clearly and adjust your style based on who you are talking to You care about the mission, better outcomes for injury victims and the people serving them You are comfortable with data and analysis and can hold your own in a technical conversation about AI products Notice to Candidates: EvenUp has been made aware of fraudulent job postings and unaffiliated third parties posing as our recruiting team – please know that we have no affiliation or connection to these situations.
