Credit Card Operations & Settlement Manager, Remote (US)
We're partnering with an innovative fintech to hire a Credit Card Operations & Settlement Manager to help build and scale a growing credit card program.
This individual will own key back-office functions including card operations, disputes and chargebacks, payment processing, settlement support, vendor management, and regulatory compliance. The role will work closely with sponsor banks, processors, and external partners to ensure operational excellence and program compliance.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years of credit card operations experience
- Strong understanding of credit card servicing, disputes, chargebacks, and payment operations
- Familiarity with credit card regulations, including Regulation Z
- Experience working with sponsor banks, processors, or third-party vendors
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage external partner relationships
- Comfortable building processes and operating in a fast-paced fintech environment
Nice to Have
- Settlement and reconciliation experience
- Experience supporting a startup or de novo card program
- Leadership potential and interest in growing into team management
