Role Overview
We're seeking a creative, skilled, and highly motivated Creative Strategist to join our team. As the mastermind behind ads seen by hundreds of thousands of people in their social feeds, you'll direct creative strategy for clients who spend tens of millions of dollars annually on our advertising content.
In this role, you'll work alongside our talented team of videographers, video editors, and producers to concept, develop, shoot, and report on performance marketing assets in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. You'll have the autonomy to explore trends, strategies, data, and creative treatments across multiple digital and social channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

What We Offer
Compensation: $70,000–$90,000 depending on experience, with opportunities for performance-based growth and advancement.
