Grade A - £55,172-£68,348 (National) or £61,028-£74,204 (London – for London office based or homebased workers within the boundary of the M25) – There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £600 per annum for those working from home. Picture this You’re helping teams maximise the effectiveness of financial systems and ways of working which are aligned to and deliver CQC financial strategic priorities, and improve how Finance operates As a Corporate Finance Manager in Finance , you might: Lead work to improve financial processes and controls so they better support day-to-day operations and long-term strategy. Support in the delivery of strategic financial priorities across Finance teams. The role You’ll play an important part in delivering our mission. In this role, you’ll: Provide financial insight: Deliver clear, accurate reporting and analysis that helps leaders make informed, timely decisions. Improve systems and processes: Develop and enhance financial systems and ways of working so they are efficient, reliable and meet organisational needs. Support strong financial control: Ensure controls, procedures and data quality are in place to keep financial operations accurate, secure and compliant. Show us We will be looking for specific skills, knowledge and experience in your application form: Experience creating and presenting financial reports or dashboards (for example using Excel or similar tools) that support decision making. Proven track record of improving financial systems or processes across Finance teams, including identifying issues and implementing practical solutions. Experience managing projects or working with stakeholders to deliver financial improvements, including planning, tracking progress and resolving risks or challenges.
